Monolayer

The majority of bottles are blow molded as monolayer type. We feature the following:

• for HDPE/PP processing: 1 up to 24 parisons with die sizes ranging between 25 mm and 250 mm
• for PVC/PETG processing: 1 to 4 parisons with standard die sizes ranging between 25 mm up to 160 mm. For PETG processing we can go up to as many as 8 parisons, depending on container size and shape.
• UNIVERSAL extrusion heads with interchangeable spiders for PE and PVC available up to 90 mm die sizes.
